The Seller shall make every reasonable effort to supply the exact product displayed on the website. However, all items are handcrafted and unique in nature; therefore minor variations in colour, size, carving detail, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations shall not be considered defects, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, refund, or dispute.
All product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and specifications provided on the website are for general guidance only and shall not be construed as exact representations. The Buyer acknowledges that handcrafted artifacts may differ slightly from digital images.
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, insurance, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT in the destination country unless otherwise stated.
All goods shall be shipped only after full payment has been received and cleared in the Seller’s bank account. The Seller shall have no obligation to reserve or ship any item prior to full payment.
The Seller shall arrange shipment through a reputable courier service offering competitive rates. Goods shall be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer, and the Seller shall not be responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer.
Shipping insurance shall be arranged only upon request by the Buyer and at the Buyer’s cost. Insurance coverage shall be subject strictly to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
All risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon dispatch to the courier. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring during transit. Any claims for damage or loss must be lodged directly with the courier or insurance provider.
Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of the products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be accepted unless the Seller has supplied an entirely incorrect item.
The Buyer shall be solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, permits, or restrictions applicable in the destination country. The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or confiscation by customs authorities.
Ownership of the goods shall transfer to the Buyer only after full payment has been received by the Seller.
Upon making payment, the Buyer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be legally binding.
The Seller’s liability shall be limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased. Under no circumstances shall the Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
The Seller reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
